Terms of Service

The terms covering use of the platform, billing, and the responsibilities of each party.

This is a draft policy pending legal review. It reflects how the Service actually works today, but has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

Effective August 19, 2026. These terms govern your use of RevNoya (the "Service"), an AI-powered call answering, CRM, and outbound calling platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Account approval. New accounts are reviewed before activation. We may decline or suspend an account at our discretion, including for suspected abuse, fraud, or unlawful use of outbound calling or messaging features.

Subscriptions and billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Paddle. A one-time setup fee applies to new accounts. There is no free trial. Call minutes beyond your plan allowance can be purchased as add-on packs. All charges are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then, and no partial-period refund is issued.

Acceptable use. You may not use the Service to place calls or send messages in violation of applicable telemarketing, robocall, or do-not-call laws, or to contact people who have not consented to be contacted where consent is legally required. You are responsible for the content of calls and messages sent through your account.

Data you provide. You retain ownership of your business data (contacts, call recordings, transcripts, knowledge base content) uploaded to or generated through the Service. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party provider outages (telephony, AI providers) may affect availability from time to time.

Limitation of liability. The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
