Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy on subscription charges, the setup fee, and cancellation.

This is a draft policy pending legal review. It reflects how the Service actually works today, but has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

Effective August 19, 2026.

No refunds. The one-time setup fee and all subscription charges are non-refundable, including partial billing periods. This applies regardless of usage during the period.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.

Add-on minute packs. Call-minute packs are one-time, non-refundable purchases and do not expire.

Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled), contact us using the details on our homepage and we will investigate.
