Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, store and delete personal data — including call recordings and transcripts — and the rights callers and customers have over it.

This is a draft policy pending legal review. It reflects how the Service actually works today, but has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

Effective August 19, 2026. This policy describes how RevNoya collects and uses personal data.

What we collect. Account information (name, email, company) you provide at signup; billing information, handled directly by our payment processor Paddle (we do not store card details ourselves); call metadata, recordings, and transcripts generated when your AI agent handles a call; and contact records (names, phone numbers, notes) you or your agent create.

How we use it. To provide and operate the Service — answering calls, generating transcripts and summaries, scoring leads, and running outbound campaigns you configure — and to bill for the subscription and any usage-based charges.

Call recordings and transcripts. Calls handled by your AI agent are recorded and transcribed so the agent, and your team, can reference what was discussed. Recordings and transcripts are stored per-tenant and are not accessible to other customers.

Third-party processors. We use sub-processors to operate the Service, including telephony (SignalWire), speech-to-text and text-to-speech (ElevenLabs), AI language processing (OpenAI), and payments (Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for subscription billing). Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the Service.

Data retention. We retain call recordings, transcripts, and contact records for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact us using the details on our homepage to make a request.

Security. We isolate customer data by tenant and encrypt sensitive credentials at rest. See our Security page for more detail as it becomes available.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
